What is Sullivan’s Foods Groceries2GO?

  • Sullivan’s Foods Groceries2GO is an Online/Mobile Grocery Shopping experience. Pick-Up Service is available Monday through Saturday and Delivery is available Tuesdays at our Savanna Store.

How does this service work online?

  • Go to www.sullivansfoods.net
  • Create an Account
  • Complete the account form
  • Click "Receive Weekly Ad by Email" will allow us to automatically send our ads to you by Email
  • Once you have an account, sign in and start filling your shopping from our “Shopping List” or weekly ad
  • Checkout with credit/debit card
  • You have a choice of pick-up day and times Monday through Saturday
  • You have a choice of pick-up or delivery on Tuesdays

How does this service work by mobile App?

  • Go to the Play Store or Apple Store, locate our shopping service vendor’s green freshop app and install
  • Open the app and either create a new account or use your existing Sullivan’s online account information to access the shopping service
  • Checkout with credit/debit card
  • You have a choice of pick-up day and times Monday through Saturday
  • You have a choice of pick-up or delivery on Tuesdays

How much does this service cost?

  • The Pick Up service is $4.95
  • The Savanna Tuesday only Delivery fee is an additional $5.05 (for Delivery within a 15 mile radius)

Is there a minimum order?

  • There is no minimum order.

How can I pay for my order?

  • Pay online or by app using a credit/debit card.

Why is there a provisional hold at checkout?

  • We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total. It helps account for charges like bottle deposits, final sales tax, and items sold by weight. So, the entire estimated online amount with the temporary provisional charge will show pending on your bank or credit card account. As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was in your final order.

Why am I shown an estimated total at checkout?

  • The prices displayed on our website reflect our current price. Please know that you will be charged the price of the items at the day and time you pick up your order. Taxes aren’t shown at checkout.

How do I order items sold by weight?

  • Certain items such as apples, bananas, pork chops, and steaks are purchased individually online for convenience, but still paid for by the pound. When your personal shopper selects your items, they are weighed at the store and you’re charged for the exact weight of your item.

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

  • Up until the time you receive an email stating your order is in progress you may make changes to your order.

Does the website save my credit card information?

  • We do offer the option for your convenience to save your payment information, however, it is not required.

Will I be able to input coupons?

  • Currently, the Sullivan’s Foods site does not accept coupons for Groceries2Go transactions.

Do you accept SNAP EBT cards?

  • SNAP EBT or any assistance card are not accepted for Groceries2Go transactions.

Can I use a gift card?

  • Gift cards are not currently accepted for Groceries2Go transactions.

Who is picking my order?

  • Our store has dedicated Personal Shoppers. These shoppers shop just like you do and focus on ensuring you enjoy the best online grocery shopping experience, period. If you like your bananas ripe, just tell us during the order process. You have control using notes and ripeness options.

Where do I go to pick-up my order?

  • Currently Savanna is our only store with Groceries2Go availability. Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pick-up, you can stop by the store and come on inside letting them know you are a Groceries2Go customer. You can also call and let the the store know you are outside (provide a vehicle description and your name) and they can bring it out to you.

Will I need to show identification?

  • It will be helpful to have identification ready should we need to see it or if there is liquor in the order.

Can someone else pickup my order for me?

  • If the individual placing the order will not be picking up the order, please be sure to input the pickup information into the order details field or tell your order taker when you call in your order.

  • If a minor picks up, the alcohol will be removed from the order.

What is your alcohol policy?

  • If your order contains alcohol, upon pickup, you must have proper identification ready at Pick Up and provide a signature upon receipt of goods. If a minor picks up, the alcohol will be removed from the order.

Can I shop the Weekly Ad and Hot Deals?

  • Yes, we attempt to have every ad item clickable. Sometimes things don't work out well, but we make the attempt to offer everything online. If you are not able to click the ad, please also try typing in the search field. Otherwise you can add it to your notes at the end of your order and let us know what you'd like added as your order is picked.

Do prices online differ from in-store pricing?

  • When you submit your order, your credit card will be authorized for the total order amount, including the order value, provisional charge, and pick-up fee. Ultimately, the final amount you will be charged will be based on the price of items in our stores on the day of pick up. The final amount charged will include the order value, pickup fee, and the exact weight of any items sold by the pound.
